Overview:

Business Intelligence is techniques for transforming data into information. This information helps to make quick decisions. Business intelligence (BI) is the set of techniques and tools for the transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information for business analysis purposes. BI technologies are capable of handling large amounts of unstructured data to help identify, develop and otherwise create new strategic business opportunities.


Objective:

After the completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand DW concepts
  • Install and configure end-end MSBI system
  • Implement end-to-end ETL system using SQL Server Integration Services
  • Understand the Multidimensional model and its importance
  • Create Cubes and administer them in SSAS
  • Create multiple types of reports and visualizations using SSRS/PowerView etc.
  • Understand the concept and need for ad-hoc reports

Audience:

This tutorial will be quite suitable for those who would like to become a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.


Prerequisites:

Before proceeding with this tutorial, you should have a basic understanding of DATABASE. A basic understanding of SQL will help you in understanding the MSBI concepts. Familiarity with SQLSERVER will help you learn it very fast
